Our Primary shipping carrier is Fed Ex Ground. Shipping prices noted on the site (including free shipping) are based on shipment by Fed Ex Ground Service. If you require or request Airmail shipment or Priority Mail through the US Postal Service the shipping cost will be higher than estimates quoted. Some Rural shipping addresses may also be an additional charge as well.

Domestic Ground Shipping (for the lower 48 states) The Shipping charge noted on the shopping cart is a basic estimated amount. Our shopping cart system cannot "think" so it doesn't adjust based on your quantity ordered or your specific location. It can either over or underestimate the cost. After we receive the order, a real person will re-calculate the shipping and handling charges to your location. When we E-mail you our confirmation (separate from the Americart automatic acknowledgment), we will verify the shipping charge. Paypal- If your payment is by Paypal we can send you an invoice for added shipping or a refund for any overpayment

*Minimum shipping charge for dolls is typically $9.95 for your first item and a minimum of $3.00 more for additional items. Regular priced dolls over $125.00 will usually have free shipping, but Sale dolls will incur shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs have skyrocketed the past 2 years due to the high cost of fuel. We have felt the frequent increases on dolls shipping to us and those we ship out as well. Our intent is to cover part of our shipping costs, which include postage, fuel surcharges, packaging materials and pick up fees charged by the carrier. Our actual costs are much higher than our charges. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii must go by Air and will be an additional charge.

Tracking Numbers will be sent out on Fed Ex parcels if we have your e-mail address, but be aware that some spam blocking programs don't allow them to go through. The messages aren't sent out until the parcel is scanned in by Fed Ex at pickup (approximately 4:30 PM Pacific time)

BankChecks & Money Orders - If you have already sent your check we will refund any overpayment as a credit to another order or in cash with your order if greater than $1.50. It is best that you can wait for the confirmation of the actual shipping amount from me before writing your check.

International Shipping & rates are via USPS Global Express Insured (except Fed Ex to Canada). Most USPS service will be significantly higher because of the large size & weight of most dolls. Baby dolls in vinyl are 7-8 lbs and toddlers can be 10-12 lbs. We do do ship the very large dolls due to size restrictions. If you want a shipping quote you can e-mail us. We will need your postal code and the specific doll you need the price on, since the cost is based on box size & weight and destination. Please note that we don't have information about, nor assume any responsibility for and customs fees or taxes assesed by other countries. We are required by our Federal laws to file an accurate Customs Declaration with each International shipment. We will not declare an inaccurate price or Gift designation because it is considered tax evasion and illegal.
