
We anticipate that all items will arrive in excellent condition, however if there is a problem with delivery or damage please e-mail us promptly to resolve the issue. Due to the collectibility issue of dolls that have been handled we cannot accept doll Returns uxcept in very limited circumstances noted below. Exceptions are if the doll is lost in shipment or damaged and then it will be replaced with the same item. You must have a Return Authorization Number issued by us on your package or we don't accept delivery on it. Please read complete policy below.
We are happy to assist you in choosing a doll to your liking if you e-mail us for assistance. I also try to take real photos of new arrivals to aid you in you choices. If you are still not pleased with a doll that you received, we do offer returns for exchange only on a limited basis if done in accordance with these policies.
We will accept returns on regular price, non discounted dolls for store credit to if we are notified within 7 days of delivery and we receive the doll back within 10 days of receiving your notification. Items being returned must be received in the brand new condition that they were sent out (including all tags & accessories) & with the same careful return packaging to prevent damage in transit.The protective covering on the arms & legs must be intact or you will be charged a restocking fee, because it cannot be sold as new if it has been handled. Please consider these dolls carefully upon receipt before removing the protective cover. Any doll received back to us damaged, missing accessories or in less than new condition will be subject to a 15- 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the total shipping cost. Any item shipped free to the customer will have that cost deleted from the refund amount credited back to them, since we did did pay for shipping the item.
**Return Authorization is required. Please E-mail us prior to returning an item so we can provide an authorization code to ensure prompt processing of your return information. We do not accept returns without an RA number visible on the outer packaging. Product returned without an accurate RA number will be refused.
**We try to offer a Sale priced dolls for you, but please realize that Sale dolls are not returnable just because you didn't care for the item, so please choose carefully. Damage or true defects will be corrected, however a replacement will be only be offered for the same item.It is best to choose a replacement doll as soon as possible. You can apply it an in-stock item only.
CloseOut Sale Items are sold "As Is" and All sales are final, unless the merchandise is damaged in shipment. All merchandise is New, with collector boxes and Certificates unless listed with items missing. Shipping isn't included in the price, unless noted specifically on that product. We will carefully check the dolls prior to shipment to verify that they are in New, undamaged condition.
Damage: We guarantee that all new dolls sold will be free of damage or defect. Please realize that the are hand made production dolls so there will be slight variances. Any damage will be corrected either by repair or replacement. Please inspect your dolls carefully upon receipt because we cannot offer free repair/replacement after 30 days. If an item is damged or lost later we will try to replace it but there will be usually be a cost.
If a parcel appears to be damaged in transit please make a damage note on the delivery slip. If you can take a photo of the damaged box and the items ASAP, that is the best way to expedite replacement. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, please retain all packaging and contact us promptly. We will also contact the carrier and file a claim but it require 2 weeks for them to rule on damage claims. Photos taken of the damage expedite the claim process significantly with all carriers.
We can ship a replacement item once the damage is filed & inspected by the carrier. If we ship a replacement before that time we will bill the second item until the initial item is returned to us. The damaged item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the replacement. Returns must be received in new condition with the same careful packaging or they will be subject to a 15 % damage fee from the refund.
Note: Subtle variation may occur in hand crafted items, whether with wigs, painting,materials, clothing or accessories. These are not considered defects and are not returnable as such. Most of the companies reserve the right to make slight changes from the catalog photos during production if need be, whether in costume or wig. We cannot accept returns as damaged or defective due to box damage.
