All items on Close out Sale are sold "AS IS" with No Returns or Refunds unless lost or damaged in shipment. No payment plans are available on these Close Out Sale dolls in order to keep the prices as low as possible.

With the frequent increases in fuel costs, the shipping charges have risen dramatically but we have no control over the prices. Different countries do have different size limitations, so some of the larger dolls may not be acceptable parcel size in your specific country.

We can offer 3 pre-payment plans on the upcoming Masterpiece dolls, but we usually cannot offer lengthly payment plans once the dolls are in stock. Cancelling a reserved doll will forfeit a $35.00-$50.00 cancellation fee to cover the cost of processing both transactions and restocking fee. Any balance will be refunded to you via Paypal. *Established customers can make arrangements for 2 payment plans on in-stock , regular price dolls from Masterpiece by request . No payment plans are available on Sale dolls. All items on Close out Sale are sold "AS IS" with No Returns or Refunds unless lost or damaged in shipment. We routinely ship domestic orders via Fed Ex ground, except for some reservation orders which ship via UPS.
