Extended Payment Plans

Convenient EZ Pay or Auto Pay via credit card is available for established customers. It is especcially helpful when making making multiple purchases from the same collection or scheduling purchases by date. The program is available on dolls selling at regular price, minimum of $100.00 before tax & shipping, purchased by credit card. We will send the item out to you as soon as you have paid at least 60% of the purchase amount (to cover the payment & shipping) so you receive it sooner than on a Lay-A-Way plan.

We will bill your credit card in monthly installments, with the number of payments determined at the time of purchase. The entire amount, including shipping & applicable taxes must be pre-authorized, but we will bill payments to your credit card in installments. We cannot pre-authorize or automatically bill Paypal accounts so we can't offer EZ pay with Paypal payment. You can request EZ Pay when you place a Reservation or an Order by making a note under "Special Instructions" on the online order form. If we have your payment information and just E-mail your order, again just request EZ pay at that time. You can just call in your order on our toll free number.

The typical payment schedule would be 2 monthly installments for items costing $100.00 to $200.00 and 3 monthly installments for items over $200.00. Some customers prefer to schedule purchases by billing dates on their credit card so you can request that on your reservation deposits as well (i.e. bill Lavender Rose in early Jan, then Dusty Ann after the 21st.

We do not offer layaway on item purchases that are less than $100.00 before tax & shipping. You can arrange smaller payments if you are sending prepayment on an upcoming doll not yet in stock (with a $50.00 minimum payment) Layaway isn't typically available on Sale merchandise, but it may be considered on dolls over $150.00 or with multiple purchases. Inquire about specific purchases.

Payment Plan Availability

Purchases of $100.00 to $175.00 can be done on a 2 payment plan. 1/2 down and 1/2 in 30 days.

A purchase of $176.00 - $300.00 can be done on a 3 payment plan. 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, remaining 1/3 in 60 days.

Any purchases over $300.00 or more can be done on a 4 payment plan. 1/4 down, 1/4 in 30 days, 1/4 in 60 days, remaining 1/4 in 90 days.

The first payment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any layaway cancellations will be charged the restocking fee. Any remaining payment may be transferred to a store credit if the payments are current. There are no refunds.
Late payments (more than 5 days late) will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. If payment is late twice, or If any payment becomes 15 days late, the Layaway will be considered to be in default and the merchandise is put back out for resale. No further notice will be given.
The price of the doll on the date the layaway is started is the final price of the item, regardless of whether the doll goes on special or has a price increase at a later date.
Payments are due on the same day each month.
Each doll in layaway must be paid on separately. You may have more than one doll on payments at a time, but each has to be paid on monthly.

Prior arrangements must be made if an emergency arises. We want to work with our customers but we are a small business and we have bills to pay too. If an emergency arises, Please contact us before your payment is due to make any adjustment in payment arrangements.
