We have been in business on the web since 1995. We closed our physical store in Southern California early in 2007 due to health problems. Currently our featured doll line is Masterpiece Dolls, known for small limited edition Artist designed dolls, many crafted in the European design style, and quality workmanship. We were one of the Top 10 Retailers for Marie Osmond Dolls and carried a huge selection of other popular dolls until we closed our store, so we are still in the process of selling off remaining inventory at terrific prices.

If a mistake occurs we reserve the right to correct it and apologize for any inconvenience. We cannot be responsible for the occasional typographical error. In the event of a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we maintain the right to refuse any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Any deposit will be returned to you. On pre-order information, pricing & design and ETA (estimated arrival date) changes made by the manufacturer do occur and are beyond our control.

SECURITY: For your protection, we use a shopping cart server which sends your order information to our secure server. We accept all Paypal payment types and we also accept yourcredit cards online only, as a Paypal system retailer, however it does not require you to sign up for a Paypal account

ORDERING: We use a secure Shopping Cart by Americart to make your shopping secure and easy. Orders are typically billed at the time of order processing. You can also order using a Money Order for payment but please note that on your order under "special instructions" so we can follow up with you. Please Note: In accordance with California State Laws, Sales tax is only charged when the item is shipped to a California address.

Pricing - Prices, Sales and special promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any special pricing at any time without prior notice. We cannot do special orders on the CloseOut lines since we no longer order them. We will not backdate orders placed previous to a sale and we will not offer refunds on items that we put on sale at a later date.

PAYMENT METHODS:

*PayPal - *Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of receipt if merchandise is in stock, except during busy shipping periods.

*Money Orders - We accept Money Orders. With a Money Order merchandise is sent out within 48 hours after we receive payment.

Direct Shipping Service - Upon request, we will ship your gift orders directly to the recipient with the message of your choice, then send the invoice to you. This is a fast & convenient way to send gifts.

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and share our customers concerns about safegarding personal information. We do not sell, rent, share, or in any way divulge customer information to any other business or organization. Any information is used solely for the purpose of accurately processing & shipping items being purchased from us. We shred all customer information prior to disposal.

Availablity: We update the site daily and make every effort to keep items listed on the site current, with regard to availability, and to avoid errors in pricing & product information. Inventory can fluctuate rapidly, especially on the limited merchandise items We will promptly notify you if an item you requested is out of stock so that you can make any necessary changes in your order.

Catalogs - We diligently try to keep the online catalog up to date for viewing at your convenience, however we do not print catalogs since our stock is changing so frequently.
