Masterpiece Dolls

NEWZ..... Due to our move to Colorado in September, I'm offering several of the new arrival dolls on a Moving Sale price for a limited period of time (somthing rarely done). I figured I could pay the movers to ship a few more dolls boxes or offer you a lower price for the next 2 or 3 weeks, but I can't offer payments on these. If you can take advantage of it terrific,but if you can't we will just move them and they will be available for regular orders. We always have older dolls on Special pricing andI've added a few more to that group as well so please take a peek.

August arrival dolls have all been shipped out, both Direct and the ones shipped from here. If you didn't get tracking info by the end of week 3 in Aug please e-mail me and I'll check on yours. Please also check your SPAM folder as sometimes your e-mail ends up there. We always send out tracking info to the e-mail we have on your order. Some delays can't be projected, like Customs, but I'm sorry we couldn't get them to you sooner.... All of the dolls I've checked out have been lovely..and I've received glowing reports back from customers. I really think MP keeps getting better & better! I adore my Peyton & Heather, even their outfits are too cute, and I think Riley is going to be really cute in a different outfit. I ordered an Alice from my friend Samantha so I'm excited about her too. There are so many exceptional ones it's dificult to choose a favorite.

Preview photos for the November arrival dolls are now posted on the website here so you can start placing your orders online. For highlights, there is Trinity, the gorgeous 25th Anniversary doll by Monika Levenig that I expect will be quite popular, and also the second doll in the MPL Fairy Tales series, a lovely Snow White inspired doll, from Monika Peter-Leicht. These both sold out early at Masterpiece so please order early...you can always do payments, even if you want to do them by check or MO. Masterpiece says there will be a total of 4 Fairy Tale dolls . They aren't being dressed in the Disney fashion that many of us here are accustomed to. Monika is researching older German books of Fairy Tales. Please note: if you ordered Snow White please check the MP website to see changes in her outfit. For those of you who have been requesting fraternal twins with freckles, ML has created the most adorable set for us in this exciting collection.They can be ordered individually or together. Special: if you preorder them together you will get coordinating numbers! If you order them separately the numbers will be different. MPL also created the largest doll ever created with the full 11 joints, Faith, a dark haired beauty. Mpl did a photo of her with her hair in long piggies and I think she is much cuter Faith was also an early sell out so I will only have a limited quantity. Other favorites of mine in the collection include pretty Jocelyn from MPL, lovely Tenley by Artist Susan Lippl who has also been quite popular. There is another really cute African American child named Madelyn, for the collectors who have been loving the A/A dolls from ML. For the collectors of babies & toddlers, popular artist Doris Stannat has created a sweet sisters set in red haired Jesalyn & Baby Leah. Since HSE has stopped carrying dolls in Europe, MP has increased their collection to 12 dolls to include some European favorites for their doll friends there. We carry the entire collection since we regularly ship dolls to many countries. This is the group arriving just in time for the Holidays (so don't forget to provide your wishlist and our web address older children or significant other to get for you and for the gift to yourself for getting your shopping done!). Please order your dolls as early as possible (even if only with the deposit) since they tend to sell out much earlier than the August arrivals do. I ordered larger quantities again in an effort to have enough quantity available for you but Please realize that I can't increase my order quantities after the end of August, so I have to estimate expected popularity prior to that time.***On the November arrivals collection, Prepaying by Oct 22nd will earn you a 10% Prepay discount, in addition to the free shipping, as long as you are shipping within the Continental US. We are continuing this popular program since your feedback is that you really find it helpful. You can use the 3 payment plan if ordering early (or even 4 payments if ordering 2 dolls) so we make it as painless as possible for you to have these delightful kids.

August dolls... I increased my order quantities quite a lot for the this group so we still have quantity available on most dolls, but these big girls are so very popular and also such small limited editions that they do sell out fast! We are getting more orders from Europe as well, since they are getting far fewer dolls from Masterpiece. The May arrival dolls that are still available are on the website for online ordering, although several have already sold out in spite of the increased quantities I ordered on them.

As far as the August arriving dolls themselves, this is another amazing group....not a loser in the bunch! I'm sure many of you will find it difficult to choose just one. My absolute favorite is Peyton, an adorable 31 inch auburn haired/green eyed child doll by artist Monika Peter- Leicht who is quite popular already . She has a sweet older Sis in the collection named Heather, also quite popular. She is a 42 inch child doll with very long strawberry blonde hair. Monika sculpted them to pose beautifully together so you may find it hard to order one without her sweet Sister. Just look at how cute they are in the photos on their pages! The other spectacular doll from MPL is Alice, a 42 inch Alice in Wonderland inspired child doll, but sadly we didn't get the opportunity to complete our order before she sold out early. Master Artist Monika Levenig brings us is darling blonde haired, 36 inch Riley with the precious face (shown below right). A nice size if you find those huge dolls are eating up too much space but want a new addition. She can even suck her thumb when she gets tired with to her wrist jointing)....shes another favorite of mine. Also from ML is Ginny, a sweet 38 inch tall brunette child doll wearing shades of purple. Ginny is already vety popular as well. For the baby or toddler fans, there is Kathy with a unique new body design very popular in Europe. She has gorgeous big eyes and pretty hand rooted hair, or Chrissy by Doris Stannat, who also has the hand rooted hair in sweet baby curls. Finally, there is Scarlett, a milk chocolate skin tone toddler, just full of personality! She will be a precious little Sis for those of you who have Vanessa or Taylor, and if you got Charlie. Enjoy seeing these sweet kids looking for new homes by viewing the Gallery page accessed at the bottom of this page. They will be shipping to you by mid August.

You can watch videos made by the artists to debut some of their dolls and explain their design and the features included. It is also very helpful to give you a better perspective of the size of the individual dolls. Photos can be very deceiving relative to size. International customers aren't eligible for the Prepay discount, but do get a shipping credit on each doll ordered. Customs or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. We cannot note Gift or inaccurate cost on the customs form to avoid customs fees...it is against Federal Laws here in the US.

The collection that arrived in May has been another very popular group where more than half of the dolls sold out before arriving in the US. We do still have a few good choices left for you....an adorable 34 inch seated silicone /vinyl doll named Chloe, she has wire armature for posing and the sweet face that is popular with children who love the full size dolls. Think about her for holiday gifts for them. We haven't had a S/V toddler in several collections so if you are a fan of these realistic feeling kids she is just waiting to be adopted! If you missed Vanessa and wanted and A/A child, Taylor is even more beautiful with the milk chocolate skintone (a DOTY Award winner). There are 2 darling babies in the collection, Samantha from Doris Stannat with the realistic hand rooted hair, and cute Kate, another DOTY Award winner. I apologize for the early sell outs again...I did increase my quantities on many dolls but they still sold out. Please order early on the ML & MPL dolls from all collections, even if it's just with a deposit, because I just can't predict which dolls will sell out first, and I can't add to my order after I submit it. The collection arriving in Feb 2010 was quite popular and most of the dolls sold out early. Jada is still available to order and I just love her in that cute outfit. She is the DOTY winner in her category too! She is pretty with her hair down as well as in the piggies. I did order more of the next collection again...in hopes that we will have more available stock as you begin holiday shopping in the Fall (but I still expect the dolls will sell quickly).

Go to Masterpiece on Twitter and find the videos on U-Tube to see the video presentations on many of the dolls that were created by the artists themselves. There are several delightful dolls with the ball joints in different areas and others with the multiple joints like Hailey & Ethan. The ball jointing provides for fun posability and have been very popular with collectors, because many allow a doll to both sit & stand, as well as create many other poses.

Masterpiece and it's artists are always improving and trying creative new things to make their next collection even better. The most exciting new innovation is different locations of ball joints to allow for more posability. There are more full body sculpts which are more costly, and there have been much larger dolls as well. The price is so reasonable for these beautiful, larger sized, multi-jointed dolls. The value & quality of this exceptional line continues to surprise me.

We will continue to offer the 10% discount to save you money when you Prepay, plus the free shipping, and you also get Direct shipping for the very fastest delivery. (but only on shipping to customers in the continental US... sorry). You can place your orders for the very few remaining dolls available from other collections ...many are on Sale for you. We do have a few Sale dolls from retired collections remaining in inventory but they are getting limited. Please check the Gallery for availability as we update the site several times a week. Typically the bigger kids sell out earlier than the babies. The babies & toddlers produced by Masterpiece are precious, and many have hand rooted hair for a very natural look usually found in higher priced reborn dolls.

Please note: Current cost for shipping the 36-42inch dolls now averages $42.14 shipping for us to ship her across country! That doesn't include shipping costs for shipping them to us. Remember, we offer free shipping within the continental US on all new, regular price dolls over $150.00 and discounted shipping to our International customers.

We have several payment options for you. 1)You can just pay a deposit now and the balance at shipment: 2) you can do the payment plan to have them paid off by the time they arrive (the most painless method ) and still get the discount if paid by the deadline 3) you can do a deposit now and 1-2 payments after the dolls arrive (based on date & cost) 4) you can pre-pay the entire amount early to get the 10% discount.

We accept Credit cards online only and all Paypal transaction types .We use the Paypal group merchants program as our credit card processor to keep costs down, but you do not need to have a Paypal account. If you prefer not to use credit cards we also accept Money Orders for payment personal checks are OK from established customers only) Please email me for mailing address if you prefer to do Money Order payments. The Anne Geddes Collectible Doll Collection is an fun series created by Anne Geddes and sculpted by Laura Tuzio-Ross, based on the adorable baby photos that have made Anne Geddes one of the premiere photographers on the planet. For the May collection 2009 there was a precious lavender butterfly baby named Poppy, at a more reasonable price point and she is the last Geddes doll scheduled, and the only one we have remaining in inventory.
